Choosing What to Eat

It’s hard to choose what to eat. There’s so much conflicting information about what’s good and bad that we often fall back on what’s easy.

Fat is bad and carbs are good … No, some fats are OK and carbs are bad. Well, may be some carbs are good after all. Vitamins – who knows? So take supplements. Ah-oh, maybe they don’t really help. Yikes!
